This client needed a total renovation of their rental property, so we opted for a buy-to-let strategy: affordable, modern, durable materials mixed with standout features and appliances. We noticed a small W.C. and converted it into a wet room by moving the wall a mere 4 inches – adding a modern en-suite to the property. We also fitted a brand new kitchen with a double oven to command a higher rental income and a better clientele.

We do our best to predict red flags, and address them beforehand, while finding solutions to problems, should they ever arise.

Our Method - IDEATION AND STRATEGY

We never drop our tools and go – if there are problems or changes after completion, we’ll have them sorted for you. We do personal on-site visits and are always present for client sign off on the day of completion. Our contractors are fully insured and have a guarantee of 2 years – we only work with credible people who we trust.
